Mission:
Comprehensively ensure the effective execution and control of activities corresponding to logistics processes, providing support to cross-cutting areas, always seeking to fulfill the service promise and seeking its profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the logistics profitability plan for the territory.
- Ensure the correct operation of the logistics operator in accordance with the contract and previously agreed operating conditions.
- Strengthen the relationship with the logistics operator, seeking continuous improvement of processes and the constant search for efficiencies in time and costs.
- Actively participate in the national logistics area and with other territories, seeking opportunities for synergy and cooperation.
- Propose and actively participate in improvements to the processes under their charge.
Receipt and settlement of containers:
- Verify the correct entry of containers in SAP and Logistics Operators
- Reception, validation, and processing of invoices from Brokers and Carriers
- Communicate news to the Supply Chain Analyst, who will determine the action plan to follow.
- The execution and monitoring of the plan from the previous point will be the responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator.
Order Processing and Billing:
- Conduct the billing process daily through the SAP ERP platform, making the necessary adjustments to each invoice to ensure that customers receive orders with the negotiated prices and quantities.
- Transmit the orders to the logistics operator for internal processing in the warehouse.
- Have permanent communication with the sales team regarding follow-up or news presented in the process.
- Responsible for the correct use of the price list and handling of price exceptions when required.
- Management of transport and delivery of orders, together with the handling of frozen products.
- Coordinate profitable deliveries with adequate service levels.
- Obtain transport for deliveries that require it.
- Support for drivers and the sales team.
- Constant monitoring of pending orders in the warehouse
- Reporting returns in good condition and, in turn, helping to minimize returns
Inventory management and control:
- Responsible for coordinating and/or participating in the physical taking of cyclic and total inventories when this is scheduled in conjunction with the operator.
- Responsible for the weekly reconciliation of inventories.
- Responsible for the optimal management of inventory administration, rotation, and the adequate logistics cost of the warehouse.
- Permanent review of expiration dates and low-rotation products, taking into account the goal of inventory days.
- Meeting with the Commercial and Trade team to look for evacuation plans for PT with an expiration date of 5 months and low-rotation products
- Responsible for following up on the agreements from the previous point, giving alerts in case of non-compliance with what was promised.
- Guarantee that the merchandise is in optimal conditions for customer service.
- Coordinate maquila processes, re-labeling, etc.
- Participate in the Demand Forecast meeting for the assigned territory (APO/Forecast).
Document Management:
- Receipt, review, and authorization of invoices from transportation providers
- Process of invoices in the CPOWER development for the transmission of the template for payment.
- Handling of returns and receipt of credits, keep everyone aware of this issue. Upload it to the drive for each territory
Deliverables:

- Attend monthly meetings with the sales team, presenting relevant figures and data from the area.

- High, with direct personnel in charge.
- Medium, when decisions must be made jointly with the Territory Manager on issues or people that are not specified in this descriptor. Transporters and warehouse operators.

Physical requirements of the position:
- Continuous movement and prolonged standing in the warehouse, supervising drivers.
