Provides clerical support to the Program Office Manager and UAC department. Performs a variety of clerical work including but not limited to filing, copying etc.
Required to follow-up on management assignments as directed by the Program Office Manager.
Files and maintain UAC files and binders. High school diploma required with a minimum of two years’ experience in a clerical/office support position, Associates preferred.
Must have a good command of the English language verbally and writing comprehension.
Must be computer literate and have proficiency with the Internet, online applications, and email.
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a good driving record.
