Job Description

RemX is seeking Onsite Call Center Reps for our healthcare client located in Plantation, FL.

Title: Call Center Rep
Location: Onsite (Plantation, FL 33322)
Pay: $17-$18 an hr
Start: January
Hours: Mon-Sun 8am-11pm Flexible to work 5 days a week 8-hour shifts (Each week you will work at least 1 weekend day)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

1 year of Call Center experience with the same company
High School diploma
Goal-driven and detail oriented
