This is a hands-on floor leadership role, not a desk job.
The operation needs a Front of House Manager who can run service, set the tone, and hold standards when it matters most.
What You Will Own
- Leading the dining room during peak service
- Coaching and correcting in real time
- Scheduling, labor control, and floor execution
- Guest recovery and service flow

- Working in lockstep with the GM and Executive Chef
