Responsibilities:

  1. Dishwashing Excellence: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the efficient and thorough cleaning of all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.

  2. Sanitation Standards: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring that all items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

  3. Team Support: Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate the smooth flow of operations. Assist with basic food preparation tasks and maintain a tidy work area.

  4. Organization and Efficiency: Manage the dishwashing area efficiently, organizing cleaned items for quick retrieval and ensuring a constant supply of clean kitchenware for the culinary team.

  5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning kitchen equipment.

  6. Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
