Job Title: International Freight Logistics Sales Specialist

Lymertin Company Inc (doing business name Lymertin Cargo Delivery) is an international group of logistic companies in Europe and USA. We are licensed freight broker for domestic transportation within the US and Canada, and hold an NVOCC license for international ocean freight services.
With more than 15 years of international logistics in Europe and more than 3 years in United States, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective logistics solutions to our clients across North America and worldwide.
Our target in USA is to grow! We are looking for Sales people with experience and with customers database in hands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach potential US-based customers to offer our domestic and international freight services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote Lymertin Cargo Delivery’s full range of logistics solutions, including domestic trucking, intermodal, and ocean freight.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their transportation requirements.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales (domestic and/or international).
- Customers’ warm database in hands.
- Strong knowledge of US and Canadian freight markets; experience with NVOCC and domestic brokerage is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of international trade agreements, Incoterms, and global customs compliance.
- Language skills (e.g., Spanish) can be a plus for a local market.
- Previous experience working in a B2B sales environment in the freight or logistics industry.
