Home Health Sales Representative

Location: Broward & Palm Beach Counties
Type: Full Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission and benefits

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing home health agency dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care and outstanding patient experiences throughout South Florida. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Home Health Sales Representative to expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with referral sources across Broward and Palm Beach counties.
  • Present agency services and capabilities to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and senior care facilities.
  • Generate new patient referrals through consistent outreach, relationship management, and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuity of care for new patients.
  • Track activities, leads, and referral data to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and professional association meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, insurance guidelines, and home health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or related services.
  • Established network of referral sources in Broward and/or Palm Beach counties is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required.
