Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding insurance policies.

Provide clear and accurate information about policy coverages, benefits, and procedures.

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client transitions.

Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the overall operations of the agency.


Requirements

Active Florida 440 or 2-20 insurance license required.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic office setting.
