Position Summary:

The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring SoFlo Customs delivers a five-star post-sale experience. This individual will oversee all customer service functions including client communication, warranty coordination, issue resolution, delivery scheduling, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and committed to maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent, proactive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale customer needs and inquiries.

  • Coordinate with technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure timely resolution of any issues or requests.

  • Monitor and manage incoming service tickets or customer concerns through internal systems.

  • Schedule and track vehicle deliveries, pickup appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain warranty logs and process warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.

  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

  • Document all communication and service outcomes in CRM or internal tracking systems.

  • Collaborate with the production and service teams to provide accurate ETAs and updates.

  • Anticipate potential customer concerns and provide proactive communication to mitigate them.

  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect SoFlo Customs' high standards of professionalism and brand voice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in automotive, luxury retail, or a fast-paced service industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Experience working in a high-end or custom product environment is a plus.

  • Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and repair processes is a bonus.
