We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Medicare Sales Manager to oversee our call center Medicare department, lead a team of agents, and drive performance while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines.
Position Overview
As a Medicare Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of call center agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the department consistently exceeds goals. You will serve as a mentor and compliance leader, helping agents perform at their highest potential in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Medicare call center agents.
- Oversee daily call center operations to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and productivity.
- Coach and train agents on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
- Drive sales results through performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with Training, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service departments to support smooth workflows.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new Medicare sales agents to grow the department.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Active 215 or 240 Health Insurance License preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medicare sales management within a call center.
- Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and PDP products.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
