Role Overview:
Zomee is seeking an agile, sharp Operations Associate to support our Head of Operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who learns quickly, thrives wearing many hats, and believes no task is too small, while knowing the sky’s the limit. This person should be a true jack-of-all trades and should be prepared to help with HR, IT, Systems, Product, Finance, and Project Management.
If you’re a problem solver with a great attitude who can seamlessly shift from researching and installing a Starlink dish to organizing product info decks, and from sorting through resumes to receiving inventory, this role might be for you.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the purchasing supply chain
- Source candidates and organize resumes for open positions
- Coordinate new software buildouts with developers
- Receive, organize and track inventory in our warehouse
Other Hats You May Wear:
- Tech setup and guidance
- Form filling
- Data entry
- Assisting the product team
- Miscellaneous projects
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and grow in your career
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues and challenges
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders and partners
- High attention to detail
- Operations experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Location: In-office (Pompano Beach, FL)
- Paid Time Off: 14 days annually
