Opportunity
We are seeking an additional team member on our Human Capital team to support Boyne’s growth. You will manage the full recruiting life cycle of critical hiring needs, both internally and across the firm’s portfolio (VP-level to C-suite). The Human Capital team partners cross-functionally to execute a first-class recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle-recruitment to support growth at our portfolio companies; carry out a viable search strategy, directly source, assess, and proactively engage with high-quality candidates for each search
- Work collaboratively with executives/partners to ensure that human capital/recruitment needs are met
- Act as a trusted advisor and search expert to business leaders and internal colleagues by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and requirements
- Deploy assessment tools and keep current with best practices
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing
- Advise/influence hiring managers on recruiting best practices and employment laws
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the search process
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment of C-level positions, with a year or more of in-house recruiting/onboarding
- Expert in candidate sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Collaborative and approachable style in supporting internal team and portfolio executives
- Ability to be on-site in (Coconut Grove), Miami, FL
