As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our culinary operations through effective business management. This position focuses on running the kitchen's strategic and operational aspects, ensuring financial profitability, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading a team of culinary professionals. Your passion, leadership, and innovative approach will be essential in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our residents and guests.

The Executive Chef manages daily kitchen operations, develops menu selections, and ensures proper sanitation and regulatory compliance. This role is a key partner in strategically sourcing restaurant-quality ingredients that align with our company branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight luxury standards, reflecting seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with management on restaurant concepts, special events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Drive creativity and innovation in the kitchen, constantly evolving the dining experience.
  • Manage finances for kitchen operations
  • Produce quality food, oversee menu creation and train junior personnel

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts +
  • 10+ years of kitchen experience
  • Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
  • Experience working within budget constraints
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Demonstrated success in opening new restaurants or concepts.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
