Position: Catering Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee all catering operations, from initial inquiry to event execution and follow-up.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus tailored to client needs and event themes.

  • Coordinate logistics including staffing, scheduling, rentals, and set-up/break-down.

  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage invoicing to ensure profitability.

  • Maintain high standards for presentation, service, and guest experience.

  • Develop marketing strategies to grow the catering division and attract new clients.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Catering Manager, Event Manager, or similar hospitality role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
