Compass Health Consultants is seeking a driven , motivated and professional Insurance Agent to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and account management ! You will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance options and ensuring they receive the best coverage available.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate clients on the benefits of healthcare insurance.
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus but is not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A valid Health and Life insurance license is required or must be willing to obtain a license with our assistance and guidance.
