Sales Development Representative

Compensation:
$55,000 potential Base salary + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements.
- Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure that prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey.
- Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions.
- Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference.
- Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies.
Qualifications:
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Spanish fluency is required.
