Florida Doctors Group is seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Provider Growth Specialist to support the growth of both our MSO and our provider network. This role blends marketing strategy, sales support, and provider engagement, focused on helping practices increase visibility, attract patients, and strengthen their presence in the market.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, confident in the field, and comfortable working directly with providers to support business and practice growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support marketing and growth initiatives for Florida Doctors Group and its provider network
- Work directly with providers to develop practice growth and patient acquisition strategies
- Provide marketing ideas, sales support, and branding guidance to providers
- Assist providers with marketing campaigns, promotional efforts, and community visibility
- Represent Florida Doctors Group in provider offices and meetings
- Identify opportunities to expand brand awareness for both the MSO and providers
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing materials, messaging, and strategy
- Track marketing activities and support performance reporting
- Assist with sales-related initiatives and provider growth objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in marketing, sales, healthcare marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute marketing ideas
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with providers
- Professional, confident, and goal-oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
- Comfortable learning systems and preparing basic reports
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, MSOs, IPAs, or medical practices
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or managed care environments
- Experience supporting sales or business development initiatives
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
