Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Manager
Location: Miami, Florida
Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Experience: Salesforce or other ERP software experience (required)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and inventory control for our cabinet manufacturing facility in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ERP software experience (Salesforce preferred), and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.

You will be responsible for managing raw material orders, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and ensuring seamless material flow to support production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.

  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure safe handling and storage of materials such as wood, plywood, laminates, hardware, and finished cabinets.

  • Schedule and coordinate loading/unloading of trucks for inbound and outbound deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.

Inventory Control

  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials, hardware, accessories, and finished goods.

  • Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations using Salesforce or other ERP systems.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and minimize variances.

  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and design teams to forecast material needs.

  • Set reorder points to prevent production delays.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and train warehouse staff, including forklift operators and warehouse workers.

  • Assign daily tasks and coordinate with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Implement best practices for warehouse and inventory management.

  • Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, warehouse efficiency, and material waste reduction.

  • Prepare and present inventory and warehouse performance reports.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in storage and handling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience managing warehouse and inventory operations, ideally in manufacturing or cabinetry.

  • Proficient with Salesforce or other ERP software systems (required).

  • Familiarity with cabinet manufacturing materials (wood, laminates, MDF, veneers, hardware) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

  • Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety protocols are required.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
