They are currently seeking multiple high-performing Insurance Agents to join their South Florida teams, with on-site bases in South Miami and Coral Gables.
As an Insurance Agent, you would be responsible for driving new business revenue by building and managing a personal book of insurance clients. You will prospect, consult, and deliver customized insurance solutions using a broad carrier portfolio. This role is highly entrepreneurial, combining relationship-driven sales with long-term income growth through renewals. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to enable sustained success.
Key Job Duties
- Prospect and build referral partnerships with real estate, mortgage, and professional service partners
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Generate new business monthly while contributing to overall team revenue goals
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through policy binding
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using CRM and sales tools
