Group III International is seeking a talented In-House Junior Graphic Designer with a strong background and understanding in performance ad design for website, paid social media and search campaigns. In this role, you'll create engaging graphics and videos that drive customer engagement and sales across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design: Develop visually stunning graphics and videos for paid social media campaigns, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Performance Focus: Create ad designs that are not only beautiful but also optimized for performance, driving clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with SWISSGEAR’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
• Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with the Brand Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and their advertising agencies to brainstorm and execute innovative ad concepts.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices to ensure our ads are fresh and engaging.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating performance-driven social media ads.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
• Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and metrics to inform design decisions and improve ad performance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
