Location: Boca Raton, FL

Job Type: Full Time Salaried Position plus bonus potential

Pay: $125,000+ dependent upon experience and background

As we expand across Florida, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance / CFO to guide the company's financial operations and help drive sustainable growth.

Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. The Director of Finance/CFO will oversee financial management, reporting, and planning, ensuring the company operates efficiently and profitably. This role partners closely with ownership and leadership to support growth and operational excellence across our home health and therapy service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Develop financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, payroll, and financial controls to ensure fiscal health.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new markets, service lines, and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reimbursement processes, and state/federal guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics, margins, and key indicators to guide decision-making.
  • Supervise and develop the accounting/finance team as the company grows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or MBA a plus).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting; prior leadership experience required.
  • Healthcare or home health industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Medicare billing, revenue cycle, and payer processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
