We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our team as a Commercial Warewashing Service & Sales Technician. This role involves providing service and repairs for commercial warewashing equipment as well as supporting chemical sales. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial warewashing equipment at customer sites.

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.

• Respond promptly to service calls and provide professional customer support.

• Manage and promote chemical sales, recommending appropriate products to customers.

• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory usage.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service and support.

• Stay up to date on industry products, technology, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial warewashing equipment service and repair.

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems relevant to warewashing equipment.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience with chemical sales is preferred but not required.
