Florida Spine Associates is a rapidly growing Interventional Pain and Spine practice with multiple locations. We are seeking a full WC Coordinator and Legal Intake Specialist. This position is exclusively focused as a WC patient coordinator and assisting the Personal Injury, PIP department. The WC Coordinator will be fostering and building our relationship with WC Carriers and NCM/Adjustors, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.
Candidate must be able to complete tasks, quickly, and accurately with little or no supervision. Position is located in the West Palm Beach office. Requirements will include scheduling, case follow-up, submitting of care plans and coordination of care with the adjustors, timely communication with the providers regarding care questions, ability to build a foster a relationship with the WC carriers and WC claimant's employment groups.
The ideal candidate must meet the following credentials.
Applicants must have 1-3 years' experience working in a healthcare office as the liaison for WC Adjustors and NMC. Additional legal experience with some medical billing experience.

Possess excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Multitask while maintaining organization.
Must be professional and reliable.
Must have a strong written and excellent verbal communication skills.
Must work well with colleagues, have a positive attitude, be a part of the team, and be able to work independently.
Must maintain up to date status on a high volume of caseloads.
Must be a quick learner and willing to work diligently.
