• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process orders and manage data entry tasks effectively using provided systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Utilize a laptop to perform job-related duties, including accessing and updating customer records.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and improve service quality.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain consistency in service delivery.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong skills in order entry and data management.
• Ability to effectively use a laptop and navigate software systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work part-time, including Fridays through Sundays.
