Summary

The Regional Sales Support Administrator (RSA) is responsible for providing comprehensive sales operational support to local sales leaders and sellers across assigned markets in the assigned region. This role requires strong sales systems knowledge, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer service mindset. While working independently, the RSA aligns with their Team Lead, GM’s and sales SVP to maintain consistent support methodology across the region and ensures uninterrupted, 360-degree support for the sales organization.

In addition to executing daily support responsibilities, the RSA plays a pivotal role in reinforcing standard operating procedures, driving tool adoption, and facilitating ongoing training to empower sales success.


The position is Remote however, the ideal candidate will be located in Eastern Time Zone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage the overall workflow for all Valpak Clipp products, including Blue Envelope, Magazines, PlusOne, Solo, and Digital, ensuring seamless coordination from campaign setup to execution and accounts receivable.
  • Provide advanced support to sellers in local account management, leveraging tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Payment System, Art systems, Launch, and others. Support may include direct client contact as needed.
  • Address sales tool and process questions from sellers, providing direct support or coordinating additional training as needed.
  • Monitor Salesforce dashboards and reports to support workflow management, ensure seller compliance, and maintain visibility on KPIs such as Rep Payments, Client Agreed, Funded Leads, and New Client Commitments.
  • Support quote approvals and guidance for rate card usage, sales promotions, and client-specific exceptions.
  • Act as a liaison between regional sales and corporate departments to resolve issues and process change requests related to sellers, systems, or accounts.
  • Manage regional product deadlines and inventory tracking, notifying sellers of potential impacts.
  • Oversee A/R and collections support: monitor aging reports and payment dashboards, assist with client communications, and manage the cut list process to ensure payments are received before mailing deadlines.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of sales reps and facilitate ongoing training on Valpak systems, tools, and processes.
  • Support administrative tasks for the region such as sales contests, commission audits, and sales meeting prep.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data at the seller, market, and regional levels using CRM systems, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by sales leadership or the Lead RSA.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven success in a sales support or client service role
  • Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, accountable environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on engagement, professionalism, and clarity
  • Naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); must understand basic Excel formulas and be eager to learn more advanced features
  • Experienced in Salesforce CRM; CPQ, Case Management, and report writing knowledge preferred
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines with urgency and attention to detail
