Contingent Assets is looking for a Controller that has experience with industrial construction. The ideal candidate has experience in building out teams and helping a company scale for growth. This role needs a controller who wants to grow an established company and work with the leadership to help double the company in size.
Requirements For This Role:
- Controller
- Strong Working Knowledge Of ERP Systems
- Create Internal Controls, KPI, Dash Boards
- Oversee Month End Close, Financial Reporting, Bank Statments
- Oversee Team - AP/AR, Pay Role, HR
- Ability Scale Growth, Help Ownership With Financial Leadership
- WIP, Job Costing, Percentage To Completion (Required)
- CPA (Preferred)
- Strong Financial Analysis, FP&A
- B.S. Accounting
- $150K - $180K
