Senior Analyst (Onsite) – Contracts, Service & Warranty
Location: 3601 Flamingo Road, Miramar, FL 33027 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $38.00 - 40.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to manage customer contracts, service agreements, and warranty programs within our aerospace operations. This position plays a key role at the intersection of business execution, customer service, and compliance, ensuring a seamless experience from unit induction through delivery.
As the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio, you’ll oversee contract execution, financial alignment, and operational efficiency—driving results through collaboration with teams across Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Trade Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main customer contact for all contract and service-related matters.
- Review and induct incoming repair units within 24 hours of receipt; route non-product components appropriately.
- Manage contract execution, issue resolution, and customer communications for a high-volume aerospace account.
- Obtain quote approvals, resolve open receivables, and align with Finance on billing and collections.
- Ensure internal teams understand and meet all contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with International Trade Compliance (ITC) to confirm all import/export activities meet regulatory standards.
- Track and report on financial milestones, progress payments, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal demand management to align hardware forecasts and delivery schedules.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Escalate risks and non-compliance issues to leadership and assist in corrective actions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contracts, operations, or customer service
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- SAP experience (contract or order management modules)
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as quoting, pricing, or A/R resolution
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
- Working knowledge of export/import regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
