Position: Customer Satisfaction Sales Specialist

This role focuses on customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
• Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
• Complete final paperwork and approvals
• Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed

Requirements

• Sales and field customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable visiting homeowners
• Ability to explain products and services
• Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
