Call Center Representative
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule:
- Must work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Will receive 1 weekday off.
- Ability to choose from available schedules.
Education Requirement:
- Must provide education verification (highest degree received).
- Acceptable documentation: photo of diploma or transcripts.
Duties:
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing members.
- Advise members on their benefits and encourage them to take advantage of available services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to member inquiries.
- Build strong relationships using effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate patience and engage members to overcome initial concerns.
- Learn product portfolio quickly and explain options and features in detail.
- Show empathy through tone and word choice in all interactions.
- Overcome objections and provide clear guidance.
- Maintain a competitive and self-motivated attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of high volume call center experience or sales experience.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and make sound business decisions efficiently.
- PC proficiency required.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Eligible for appointment with a single Health Care client.
