Lion and Unicorn is a leading auction house located in Hollywood, Florida. Known for our professionalism, integrity, and deep expertise in art, antiques, collectibles, and more, we are proud to serve an international clientele with seamless auction experiences and white-glove service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and personable Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. A cover letter is not required but is strongly preferred.
Position Summary
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our buyers. You will play a critical role in managing client communications, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every touchpoint with our brand is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
- Assist with registration, bidding processes, and post-auction services.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping, payment, and pick-ups in collaboration with our operations and logistics teams.
- Manage CRM and auction software to maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process.
- Support auction day operations, including bidder check-in, floor support, and online bidding assistance.
- Contribute to a customer-first culture by suggesting process improvements and enhancing service touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role; experience with auction houses, luxury goods, fine art, consignment stores, or eBay reselling is welcomed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Technological savvy and comfort with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and auction or e-commerce systems. Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar programs is a plus.
- Excellent time management, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Passion for art, antiques, and collectibles is a bonus.
