Customer Service Manager – HVAC & Plumbing Company

We are a growing HVAC and Plumbing company in West Palm Beach looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager. In this leadership role, you’ll manage office operations, coordinate scheduling and dispatch, support sales efforts, and help drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and dispatch service appointments efficiently
- Manage and optimize technician schedules and daily job boards
- Oversee office workflow and daily administrative operations
- Track and follow up on sales leads, open estimates, and customer inquiries
- Promote and sell service plans and maintenance club memberships
- Follow up with past and potential customers to generate business
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable tracking
- Assist with payroll prep, expense reporting, and internal reporting
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and team training
- Generate reports on KPIs, service call volume, and sales performance
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns and company growth strategies
- Coach and support team members to deliver top-tier service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service management experience in HVAC or Plumbing
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficient with CRM dispatch software
- Sales-driven mindset with a history of hitting goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and thrive in a high-volume environment
