A Florida-based family-owned company in the tobacco industry is looking for a successful and motivated Receptionist to start immediately.

PAY RATE: $20-$22/hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM
Responsibilities
- Greets and assists visitors/guests/vendors while logging their entries for record keeping.
- Assists with general office duties, including typing, bookkeeping, AP, faxing, etc.
- Manages telephone and email communication.
- Assists with reports and monthly books.
- Maintains communication with higher executives when needed
- Use of computers and office equipment.
- Follows housekeeping, hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and safety practices.
- Ensures all activities are followed by ISO 9001 requirements and FDA, GMP, OSHA & EPA regulations.
Requirements
- GED or 1 year of relevant experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Proficiency in computer use
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Pick up to 25 lbs
