Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of 10+ in a luxury home sales company
- Demonstrated success in training and developing others
- Strong consultative sales knowledge with a proven record of success
- Proficiency with technology and adaptability to new tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week and travel to client sites to oversee team members as needed
- Lead, train, and hold team accountable to achieve sales goals and close rates
- Recruit, interview, and hire others to support market growth
Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in driving substantial growth in a competitive market
- Familiarity with expanding operations and building new sales teams
- Ability to assist teams in client consultations and deal closures when necessary
- Experience in updating and optimizing product offerings, pricing structures, and training programs
Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:
