Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruiting for frontline (Customer Experience Associates, Keyholders, ASMs), field leadership (Site Managers, Area Directors, RMs), and corporate roles.
- Deliver a consistent, seamless, timely, and high-quality candidate.
- Support hiring for new store openings (NSOs), backfills, and M&A activity.
- Partner with leaders to define role needs and align on hiring strategy.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
Build and maintain pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, job boards, referrals, and events.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns and monitor market trends.
- Conduct talent mapping for critical and succession roles.
Recruitment Marketing & Brand Outreach
Create and manage branded job ads and hiring content in partnership with Marketing.
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community engagement.
- Promote brand visibility through social media, field presence, and local outreach.
Hiring Manager Enablement
Train and coach field leaders on interviewing and selection best practices.
- Maintain interview guides, job previews, and hiring toolkits.
- Partner with L&D to strengthen hiring consistency.
- Partner with leaders on interview quality, selection decisions, and inclusive hiring practices.
Process Improvement & Data Insights
Support TA process enhancements and documentation.
- Track metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Use data to identify gaps and improve strategy.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume and field leadership roles.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referral programs).
- Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-site environments preferred.
- Skilled in ATS/CRM tools (e.g., UKG, Workday, Greenhouse).
- Confident in coaching hiring managers and facilitating trainings.
- Strong written and visual communication skills (email, ads, toolkits).
