The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue by expanding the company’s customer base and partnerships in the HOA industry. This role combines market research, sales support, and relationship management to help the organization achieve its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Support sales efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop growth strategies
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and networking events as needed
- Analyze performance metrics and report on business development activities
Requirements:Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or similar tools
