Your Mission

This is a 100% business development–driven role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Aggressive outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Identifying and signing new clients (brands, agencies, corporates)
  • Building your own pipeline and managing deals from first contact to close
  • Negotiating contracts and closing high-value
  • Representing Yesman Global at sports events and industry networking opportunities
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in sports, events, sponsorships, or marketing
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting success
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Results-oriented, competitive, and commission-driven
  • Experience selling B2B solutions, sponsorships, or partnerships
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you like building, not maintaining
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
