Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment activities.Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Communicate with clients, vendors, or team members regarding payment issues professionally.Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations.
QualificationsMust be a United States-based applicant.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic understanding of payment processing, financial transactions, or bookkeeping.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.Previous experience in finance, payments, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
