Type: Full-Time (some part-time flexibility possible)

Responsibilities
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm visits
- Manage patient check-in/out and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance forms
- Support the doctor with basic patient flow and office tasks
- Keep the office organized, clean, and patient-ready
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy office
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
