Location: Wellington/Lake Worth, FL
Type: Full-Time (some part-time flexibility possible)

We are a growing chiropractic office focused on providing compassionate, personalized care to our patients. We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Chiropractic Assistant/Front Office Staff to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our door.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm visits
  • Manage patient check-in/out and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance forms
  • Support the doctor with basic patient flow and office tasks
  • Keep the office organized, clean, and patient-ready

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy office
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
