Casa Tua is an Upscale Italian restaurant and Private Member Club located in Miami Beach Fl. Since our opening in 2001, Casa Tua has since expanded with locations in Aspen and Paris, as well as our Italian Kitchen, Casa Tua Cucina. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Club Server to join our team at Casa Tua Hotel and Restaurant in Miami Beach, Florida.
Our Club Servers provide an exceptional dining experience to our members in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she serves food and drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. They are knowledgeable and speak confidently about the food and beverage that we offer. They are able to multi-task, proficient on all allergies and pertinent details of our menu and know how to effectively communicate fostering a strong team.
As a Club Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and an outstanding experience. We are searching for a friendly, energetic, highly motivated individual who will thrive in our team-oriented restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the right candidate is comfortable working with high-profile clientele, with a strong ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality and respect for guest privacy. Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory, along with knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant is also necessary.
