About the Role: We’re looking for an Area Supervisor to help lead our janitorial teams across multiple locations. This person will make sure sites are clean, staff are supported, and clients are happy.
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>
Oversee daily cleaning at different accounts
</li>
<li>
Support and guide janitorial staff
</li>
<li>
Check sites to make sure work meets company and client standards
</li>
<li>
Help create and adjust staff schedules
</li>
<li>
Be the main contact for clients in your area
</li>
<li>
Make sure supplies and equipment are stocked and used properly
</li>
<li>
Assist with hiring, training, and team development
</li>
<li>
Handle staffing issues (attendance, performance, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Report updates or issues to management
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>
Experience in janitorial/cleaning supervision (preferred but not required)
</li>
<li>
Good leadership and communication skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to manage multiple locations and stay organized
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of cleaning supplies/equipment
</li>
<li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
</li>
<li>
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or on-call if needed
</li>
</ul>
Physical Needs:
<ul>
<li>
Able to stand, walk, bend for long periods
</li>
<li>
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
</li>
<li>
Comfortable traveling between sites regularly
</li>
</ul>
Schedule: Full-time, schedule may vary depending on account needs.
