About the Role:
We are hiring a senior-level operations leader to oversee project delivery and lead our internal teams. This individual will work directly alongside the President to scale operations and eventually take on many of his responsibilities—making this a key succession-oriented role. If you’re passionate about leading teams, streamlining performance, and helping a strong GC grow to the next level, this is your seat at the table.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field/support staff
- Manage project forecasting, resource planning, and operational strategy
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and execution across all construction projects
- Collaborate with estimating, precon, and finance teams to ensure profitable delivery
- Implement operational standards and process improvements
- Serve as a strategic partner to ownership and play a major role in long-term planning and growth
What We're Looking For:
- 10–15+ years of commercial construction experience in an operational leadership role (Senior PM, Ops Manager, Director, or VP level)
- Background in managing multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, communication, and performance
- Experience developing and scaling internal systems or teams
- Familiarity with Florida construction markets is preferred
- A desire to step into a long-term leadership role with succession potential
