Geographic locations in which MMSI currently operates include the U.S East, Gulf & West Coasts, and Alaska. The Corporate Office is in Southern California (Ventura) and its Regional Boat Maintenance Center a technically advanced facility in Woodbine, Georgia.
How you would make an impact/key responsibilities:
Join the dynamic MMSI team as the Administrative Assistant to the Program Manager. This is a Full Time position to support ongoing operations.
This position is located at the NAWC 38/ATMO Key West, FL. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), this position will provide support to executive staff with responsibilities to include personnel management actions and record keeping. Applies knowledge of office management methods and procedures in producing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records or directives. Works in regard to matters such as project/program progress, status documentation, property accounting and personnel management. May manage or supervise administrative aspects of the contractors operations. Administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities including budgeting, personnel records, and payroll.

- GFE Inventory Monthly CDRL A001,
- Researches and prepares briefing charts and other presentation material
- Seatime tracking for all ATMO Vessel Crew
- Base pass requests
- Monthly/quarterly/bi-annual reports
- Quarterly Proof of Other Coverage Audits (Health Insurance)
- Coordinate drug testing and physicals
- New Hire Processing- increase involvement
- Assist with recruitment effort on an as needed basis,
- Coordinate Phone Interviews
- Conduct Employment Verifications
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Coordinate training requirements
- Ensures compliance to all Company policies and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
- Any other duties as required for the Contract performance.

Qualifications:
US Citizen, High school graduate or equivalency certification is required. At least six years of experience which exhibited the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the above referenced administrative functions. At least two years of the total experience shall have been performing functions related to budget or finance.
