Description of the job, responsibilities and duties:
The Customer Service Associate (Driver Helper) will assist the driver in catering aircraft and transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assigned flights. They will help provide excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.
Qualifications:
Guiding drivers on and off aircraft
Lower stabilizer and raising stabilizer for drivers Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.
Comply with all work rules and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under extreme
Must be willing to work in a stressful, time oriented work environment.
Comply with all work rules and regulations.
Must be able to carry and lift 50+ Ibs.
Must be able to push/pull up to 50+ Ibs. for 500 ft.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours.
Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift.
Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment.
Must be able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities.

Work overtime when required.
Pass a criminal background and drug screen
Pass a DOT Pre-Employment Physical test.
Pass a criminal background and an airport /TSA background check.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
Must be able to complete a pre-employment Audiogram
Environmental Requirements:
Will be exposed to various temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.
This position requires being active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing 50+ Ibs..
Must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors.
Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
