Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable - Accounting Assistant to join our team!

Required: Construction Accounting Experience (Preferably with a General Contractor)
&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Primary focus on managing the entry of sub-contractor and vendor invoices.</li>
<li>Review, verify, code, and enter invoices / expense reports into Pro-Contractor. (training on this accounting system will be provided)</li>
<li>Assist in various accounting tasks</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction accounting (preferably with a GC)</li>
<li>Must be self-driven</li>
<li>Ability to work with little oversight once trained</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
</ul>

We are a small local contractor located in Altamonte Springs, in business for over 30 years. We specialize in interior renovations mostly in office spaces and doctors' offices. Our company is in need of a self-driven Accounting Assistant who will be able to meet all of our above qualifications.
