Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Culinary Director to lead a wellness-focused organic grocer in Miami. Oversee menu, team, and kitchen with a passion for clean, seasonal food.
Qualifications

5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in retail foodservice, upscale grocery, or hospitality

Strong understanding of natural, organic, and plant-forward cuisine

Experience managing kitchen operations, menu development, and food costing

Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams in high-volume environments

Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred)

Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities

Oversee culinary operations for prepared foods, grab & go, hot bar, and café menu

Lead a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness

Develop and update seasonal menus aligned with brand values, nutritional goals, and local sourcing initiatives

Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and efficiency

Partner with marketing and leadership teams to drive customer engagement through food innovation and in-store experiences

Implement and maintain compliance with all food safety, health, and regulatory requirements
