Job DescriptionSummary:
•
Review and verify closing documents for accuracy and compliance, acting as a notary when needed
•
Eensuring disbursements align with the Closing Disclosure
•
E-recording documents and resolve rejected filings
•
Tracking post-closing requirements such as title policy issuance
•
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties like lenders, brokers, and realtors
•
Maintain accurate records in iManage and Excel
Requirements & Experience:
•
5 years of experience as a Post Closer in real estate law firm or title, preferably company environment
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently
•
Proficiency with office technology and software is required, and familiarity with systems like SoftPro is preferred
•
Florida Notary license (or willingness to obtain one)
•
Solid communication skills to interact professionally with clients and third parties
