We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee 10–12 high-performing QSR locations for a thriving, people-focused brand with a strong presence in Florida. What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead multi-unit operations to achieve sales and profit goals
✅ Drive operational excellence and brand standards across all locations
✅ Coach and develop General Managers to build strong, high-performing teams
✅ Analyze financials and oversee labor, food cost, and P&L performance
✅ Support new store openings and market growth initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven multi-unit leadership experience (10+ stores preferred)
Strong background in QSR or fast casual operations
Track record of developing leaders and driving operational performance
Hands-on, results-driven leader with stable tenures and excellent communication skills
