SALES PROFESSIONAL, FLORIDA TEAM, FORT LAUDERDALE BASE PREFERRED.
We're hiring a Sales Professional to drive growth across the FLORIDA territory, from a preferred home-base location of FORT LAUDERDALE. If you're passionate about flooring or tiling systems and thrive in a hands-on, field-based role, this is your opportunity to build tomorrow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of ARDEX and Henry products
- Win new business and grow existing accounts
- Deliver product demos and presentations
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors
- Provide field support and technical recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional ARDEX service
- Represent ARDEX with professionalism and integrity
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems
- Technical proficiency in specs and design
- High energy, customer-first mindset
- Strong presentation and hands-on skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Mechanical aptitude for physically demanding fieldwork
- Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds

Education
- Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
