We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing to lead our student recruitment efforts. This individual will play a key leadership role in driving enrollment growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, deeply skilled in both digital and traditional marketing methods, and possess a proven track record of exceeding enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic student recruitment and marketing plans.

• Drive enrollment growth through effective outreach, lead generation, and conversion strategies.

• Represent the college at recruitment events, high schools, community organizations, and healthcare-related expos.

• Oversee digital campaigns, social media strategy, email marketing, and CRM systems to track leads and engagement.

• Develop and manage promotional materials, advertisements, and media communications.

• Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth and student-focused enrollment process.

• Analyze market trends, student demographics, and campaign performance to refine strategies and meet recruitment goals.

• Build strong relationships within the Fort Myers community to promote awareness and drive interest in the college’s programs.

• Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and communications.

• Manage recruitment budgets and report regularly on KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (higher education experience preferred).

• Proven success in achieving enrollment targets or sales goals.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRMs, and lead conversion tactics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional.

• Must reside in Fort Myers, FL, or within a reasonable commuting distance.

• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment events.
