About Rugcraft:
Rugcraft is a premium rug brand specializing in custom-made natural fiber rugs. We produce and ship high-quality rugs directly from our North Miami warehouse, where each piece is finished with care and precision according to the customer’s order.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our rug finishing team. In this role, you’ll help transform raw carpet rolls into custom rugs, using cutting and gluing techniques, and ensuring each piece is accurately finished and professionally packaged.
Responsibilities:

Cut carpet rolls to the exact custom size specified in each order

Apply latex padding to the back of rugs using adhesives and hand tools

Package finished rugs securely for shipping

Follow production instructions carefully to ensure accuracy and quality

Assist in organizing the warehouse and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace

Operate (or assist with) forklift to retrieve rug rolls from racking systems

Work closely with the supervisor and team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:

Experience with manual or precision work (cutting, gluing, measuring) is a plus
-
Attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions

Ability to stand, bend, and lift during the workday (moderate physical labor required)

Basic math skills for measuring and cutting rugs accurately

Forklift experience or certification is a plus (but not required)

Dependable, organized, and able to work in a team environment
Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
